The order becomes binding once payment is confirmed, and we send you a confirmation email.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card details.

The full amount — products, shipping and any applicable tax — is shown before you confirm.

Estimated delivery is 7 to 20 business days depending on destination.

A tracking number is sent once the parcel ships.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the return.
