If something doesn't fit or arrived damaged, here's how to sort it out.
1. Time limit
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
Contact us before sending anything back — returns shipped without prior agreement can't be processed.
2. Condition of items
Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
3. Non-returnable items
Personalised or made-to-order products.
Hygiene or personal care products once opened.
Items damaged through misuse.
4. Return costs
Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we cover the full cost.
Change of mind: return shipping is at your expense.
5. Refunds
Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
